About Brad Eaton
The Full Story

I’m Brad Eaton, a health and metabolic coach who’s lived both sides of the health journey.
Years ago, I was surviving long days on coffee, donuts, and late-night Chinese food, running myself into the ground until celiac disease left me malnourished, exhausted, and dangerously underweight.
Rebuilding my own health led me to discover how powerful nutrition and training could be—not just for aesthetics, but for deep metabolic health. I transformed from a depleted 135 pounds to a competitive bodybuilder, and later helped my wife reverse type 2 diabetes, eliminate six medications, and regain her life.

But I also saw how the traditional healthcare system—and most fitness programs—fail people. Doctors manage symptoms with medication instead of solving root causes. Trainers prescribe generic plans that ignore your unique biology. The result? People stay sick, frustrated, or stuck on endless diets that don’t work.
That’s why I built my coaching practice around one mission: Decode your biology so you can achieve true, lasting health.
I combine genetic archetyping, advanced lab analysis, and evolutionary biology to identify exactly how your body functions—and how to align your nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle for sustainable health. Whether you’re trying to prevent disease or reverse it, I give you the roadmap, the science, and the support to finally make your biology work for you, not against you.
No guesswork. No one-size-fits-all plans. Just real health, built around you.

MORE ON MY PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
Do we have something in common?
Every coach has a unique background and experience that makes them who they are. It gives them a special perspective, skill set and values.
When you connect with someone of similar values and goals, there is an opportunity for a great synergy beyond just coaching. You will tap the coaches passion and attain a great partnership. These are things that I want for myself.
Do they resonate with you?

-
I intend to live a long healthy quality life and when it's time, die quickly
-
I don't want any chronic disease. I don't want a triple heart bypass, carotid artery surgery, and high blood pressure like my father or to die of heart disease like my grandfather.
-
I don't want to be on medication. I am willing to live the lifestyle that promotes health even if it takes some effort. I am willing to monitor specific metrics about my health to know where I stand and make lifestyle changes as necessary rather than wait and have a disease condition and be told what to do.
-
I want to feel good, absent of pain. I want energy when I wake up and not be tired in the afternoon. I don't want to drink coffee because I can't keep my head up. (maybe because it’s flavorful and I want an indulgence)
-
I want to be strong and functional. I want to be able to keep my balance when I put my socks on while standing up. I want to be able to carry 40 five gallon shop vac containers of water up my basement stairs and out of my house with ease when it floods (that happened). I want to be able to spread a ton of crushed rock over my driveway with a hand shovel on a weekend. (maybe not again real soon)
-
I want to be mentally alert and witty. I do not want to experience the common cognitive decline such as Alzheimer’s and dementia.
-
I want to take responsibility for my health rather than just hand it over to someone else. I will take an educated approach to caring for myself and not just blindly conform to doctrine.
-
I believe I may be different, but “I am not broken” and will not treat myself or allow myself to be treated as such. I accept the genetics and biology I’ve been handed. My celiac disease and insulin resistance are part of my evolutionary past. I will care for myself in the way I was evolutionarily meant to, even if it means being unpopular in social settings or not conforming to cultural norms.
-
I want to be happy with my appearance both clothed and unclothed.
-
I want all my parts to function properly so I can have an amazing intimate relationship with my spouse.
-
I want a healthy cardiovascular, metabolic and musculature system. Because I enjoy it and it makes me healthy - I want to be able to do the Turkish get-up, kettlebell snatch, bench press, squats, deadlifts and pull ups. I want to be able to do HIIT (high intensity interval training). I will do these things to the maximum extent safe for my condition. I will strive to maintain and continuously improve my condition.
