Kettlebell Basics Program

This program covers the prerequisites and basics to kettlebell training. You will develop proper technique to be safe and effective.

  • Posture

  • Bracing and Breathing Technique

  • Deadlift - Hip Hinge

  • Kettlebell Swing (two hand)

It also prepares you for the next stages of Kettlebell training techniques such as single hand swing, clean and press, snatch and others.

As of now, this is accomplished “virtually”

  • You will have access to the online curriculum who’s cost is included in the sign up.

  • You will need a kettlebell, a smart phone and ideally a pair of wireless ear buds. These are not included in the cost of the sign up. Click here for more information
